Equipment delivery, installation, and the start of exploitation
After the selection of technology and decision on equipment are made, the complete list in detail of parts and their technical specifications is prepared.
UAB “Mirneca” represents and distributes grain and other bulk products transport, storage, drying, and cleaning equipment of well-known manufacturers – MySiLO, POLEKSDRY, ELISIER, ZUMEC, and others.
We provide equipment delivery to the clients’ doors, installation, and the start of exploitation services because only highly trained engineers and installers can integrate equipment for proper and long-term operation.
Foundation preparation and energy grid installation
UAB “Mirneca” technicians and engineers provide recommendations and requirements for the foundations of future grain storage. The foundation design project is ordered by the Client individually.
After the design project is done, the Client can choose to build it by themselves or ask for a recommendation for our partners that will do all the work for your storage foundations.
UAB “Mirneca” engineers can prepare the work project of the future elevator electrical grid together with equipment installation works and provide electrical grid service.
Tent warehouse design, manufacturing, and installation

2 Specialists’ visit to the object to discuss the technologies2 WD
The project manager chooses technical engineers based on Your needs and the cultures you chose to grow, reprocess and store. Engineers will come to the location, perform initial measurements and familiarize themselves with the documentation of land and your existing technology, takes photos, and finalize the talk about your wishes that are important for selecting the individual and optimal solution for the technology and equipment.
3 Technical project and visualization preparation10 WD
Preparation of the plan for the technology will begin only after fully clarifying the needs of the customer, future reprocessing processes, steps, and volumes of the cultures intended to store. Our specialists will select and arrange (“tie” in the production base) the equipment of required performance in a way that it would be easy to work with, be optimal in efficiency, with the lowest investment, and with room for future growth. All of that will be presented in 3D visualizations with equipment parameters that will let you fully see how Your future grain storage will look in your current production base.
4 Submitting the offer and concluding the contract10 WD
When the client confirms the technology, the detailed offer preparation will begin. According to the recommendations of the manufacturers, we will calculate the weight of the equipment and the requirements for the foundation. If needed, we can recommend the professionals. You will receive the estimated price and it is an addendum to the contract.
5 Equipment order, manufacturing, and logistics to your location60 d.d.
After signing the contract, according to the agreed timing and amount, the client pays the down payment after which the equipment order is sent to the manufacturers. Production time usually depends on the season, ordering time, quantities in the warehouse, individual or non-standard client requests and engineering solutions. UAB “Mirneca” organizes the logistics to the location that is indicated by the client. The client is responsible for the unloading and storage of the arrived equipment. You can choose to assemble the equipment by yourself or let this be taken care of by the specialists of UAB “Mirneca”.
